Modular Lighting Instruments is seeking a Purchase to Pay Specialist to manage end-to-end AP activities, including processing supplier invoices, approvals, and payments in a timely, accurate manner.

You will maintain supplier relationships, monitor balances, and support process improvements. Dutch and English language skills are essential, with French as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience in accounts payable or finance.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, including GL and VAT.
• Accurate, structured, and able to work according to policies, guidelines, and procedures.
• Strong communication skills with a commercial and results‑oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Language skills: Dutch and English required; French is a plus.

As an Purchase to Pay Specialist

You will be responsible for the end‑to‑end management of all financial transactions with our suppliers. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial processing while maintaining strong and professional supplier relationships.
