Materialise Medical seeks a Process Engineer to join the HQ Process Engineering team in Leuven. You will lead cross-functional development and validation projects, focusing on CMF product development, AM processes, post-processing and quality inspection technologies.

You will own process validation programs, drive characterization studies, and collaborate with device development, biosafety, quality and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering.
• 2+ years in a process/validation engineering role within highly regulated industries (medical devices/pharma/aerospace).
• Experience with Design Transfer activities and Additive Manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Quality oriented with attention to detail, capable of problem solving and troubleshooting.
• Proactive, self-organized, with strong coordination and ownership of tasks.
• Excellent English verbal and written skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and drive larger process development, implementation and validation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Own validation programs for manufacturing processes and equipment (IQOQPQ).
• Set up and analyze process characterization studies to understand parameter impact.
• Standardize, streamline and automate process steps for operational excellence and scalability.
• Provide required process documentation, including work instructions and operator training.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management System requirements across all phases.
