Materialise is seeking a Process Engineer to join the HQ Process Engineering team in Leuven. You will lead cross-functional agile teams for CMF product development and manufacturing process development, becoming the GoTo expert for process questions.

You will drive validation programs, assess manufacturability, and ensure alignment across teams while delivering on process improvements and training documentation. Strong English is required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years in a process/validation engineering role in regulated industries.
• Experience with Design Transfer or Additive Manufacturing is a strong plus.
• Strong English skills, both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• You will lead cross-functional agile teams for CMF product development and process development/implementation.
• You will develop expertise in additive manufacturing, post-processing, cleaning and quality inspection technologies.
• You will drive larger process development, implementation and validation projects with alignment across teams.
• You will assess manufacturability and process validation needs early in device development and define product specs for validation.
• You own validation programs (IQOQPQ) for manufacturing processes and equipment.
• You set up and analyze process characterization studies to understand parameter impact.
• You drive standardization and automation of process steps and prepare work instructions and training.
• You document all phases to comply with Quality Management System requirements.
