Pauwels Consulting seeks a seasoned professional to lead feeder infrastructure projects in a major telecom environment. You will oversee an integrated delivery lifecycle, from intake through handover to execution teams, while shaping governance and standard ways of working.

You will coordinate permits, design follow-ups, and site surveys, ensuring milestones stay on track and dependencies are resolved across multiple stakeholders across Mechelen onsite.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management within infrastructure, telecom, utility or construction sectors.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects from initiation to execution readiness.
• Background in process improvement and governance structures.
• Proven track record in stakeholder management and cross-organizational alignment.
• Experience navigating permitting processes and municipal coordination.
• Proactive, delivery-oriented, solution-focused mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

Our client, a major player in the telecommunications sector, is seeking a professional to lead infrastructure deployment projects. This role combines hands-on operational delivery with the strategic development of project governance and standardized ways of working. The position focuses on coordinating feeder infrastructure through its full lifecycle while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

• Manage project planning, permits, and stakeholder alignment to ensure the timely delivery of milestones.
• Identify process bottlenecks and implement new governance structures and reporting mechanisms.
