TSL is an equal opportunity employer and we are especially proud that our dynamic, international team is made up of colleagues representing 48 nationalities across the world. We want big‑picture thinkers who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves, refusing to settle for 'good enough' and pushing for great each time. Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Project Planner to join our team and help deliver complex, fast‑paced construction projects across Belgium. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining project programmes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and providing accurate planning and progress reporting to support successful project delivery.

Working alongside Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, you'll identify risks, optimise project schedules and drive efficiencies throughout the project lifecycle. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in delivering high‑quality, technically challenging facilities for leading clients across the data centre, advanced manufacturing and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Project Scheduling & Planning
  • Develop, maintain, and review comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or MS Project.
  • Establish and monitor the critical path and key project milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Regularly update schedules to reflect changes in scope, timeline, or resource availability.
  • Align project schedules with procurement, design, site construction, and commissioning activities.
Resource & Budget Management
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with estimators to calculate and allocate necessary resources (labour, materials, equipment).
  • Adjust project plans as needed to accommodate changes in budget or resource availability.
  • Act as the main point of contact with quantity surveyors, engineers, design managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate regular progress meetings, providing updates on schedule performance, potential risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Produce and distribute detailed progress reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment across all teams involved in design, procurement, site construction, and commissioning.
  • Identify potential risks, conflicts, and scheduling issues within the project plan.
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays.
  • Communicate potential risks and issues to the project team and stakeholders to ensure proactive resolution.
Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
  • Manage and document all schedule changes through an established change management process.
  • Support bid writing and tender planning as part of pre‑construction activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven experience in planning and programming for multi‑million‑euro construction projects.
  • Experience working in a main contractor environment in a planning role.
  • Proficiency in Asta Powerproject and/or Primavera P6.
  • Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Persistence, determination, and a proactive approach to project planning.
  • Full EU driver’s license.
What We Offer
  • A collaborative and international work environment.
  • Opportunity to help shape operations in a growing European business.
  • Exposure to regional and global projects.
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
