Westinghouse Electric Company in Belgium is seeking a Project Manager to drive medium complexity projects within the OMS Major Projects Department. You will lead multidisciplinary teams and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

The role emphasizes planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication across Europe, with opportunities for professional growth and exposure to international projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in engineering or a related discipline.
• 3–10 years of project management experience in industrial/engineering environments.
• Professional proficiency in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets and execution plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, procurement, quality and communications.
• Implement change management and monitor performance including Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Communicate project progress and key metrics to stakeholders.
• Close out projects with documentation, financial reconciliation and lessons learned.
