KEYES is seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead deployment and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System solutions in an international industrial environment. You will bridge business stakeholders, shop-floor operations, and IT teams to enable operational excellence.

You will drive end-to-end MES projects, coordinate multidisciplinary teams across sites, and ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Fluent French and English (written and spoken).
• Experience in MES or manufacturing IT projects is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead MES implementation and enhancements from initiation to deployment.
• Gather and document business/operational requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering and IT.
• Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Align MES with manufacturing processes and ERP/PLM integrations.
• Coordinate testing, validation and deployment activities.
• Support change management, training and user adoption.
• Provide regular status reports to governance bodies.
• Collaborate with vendors and system integrators.

The mission

We are looking for an experienced MES Project Manager to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solutions within an international industrial environment.

The successful candidate will act as the key interface between business stakeholders, manufacturing operations, and IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital manufacturing solutions that support operational excellence, traceability, quality, and performance objectives.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to major industrial transformation initiatives in a multi-site and international context.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead MES implementation and enhancement projects from initiation through deployment and stabilization.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate project activities involving manufacturing, quality, maintenance, supply chain, engineering, and IT teams.
• Manage project scope, planning, budget, risks, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between MES solutions and manufacturing business processes.
• Coordinate integration activities between MES and other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, Quality, and Maintenance platforms.
• Organize and supervise testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Support change management, communication, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting to project governance bodies.
• Collaborate with software vendors, system integrators, and external partners.

Experience

• Proven experience managing MES implementation projects within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working on industrial digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations, production processes, and shop-floor systems.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in multi-site and international environments is an asset.
