Job summary

Groupe Léon Grosse is seeking a seasoned construction site manager to lead complex façade projects, coordinating meetings, controlling budgets, schedules and procurement across Europe.

With at least 3 years' experience and strong English, you will work independently and foster positive relationships with clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Higher education qualification and at least 3 years' experience in construction site management.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, external joinery, and façades.
• Ability to synthesise and analyse information and work independently.
• Fluent in English and strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Manage client relations.
• Monitor project finances, progress reports and final accounts.
• Monitor project schedule and ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure operational management of the project.
• Manage procurement including supplier selection and tender analysis.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparing for and attending project meetings (preparatory meetings, internal and external coordination, etc.);
• Managing client relations;
• Monitoring the project’s finances (progress reports, final accounts, management of client invoices, etc.);
• Monitoring the project schedule;
• Ensuring the operational management of the project;
• Managing procurement (selection of suppliers, requests for quotations, analysis of tenders, negotiations, etc.);
• Ensuring the administrative monitoring and archiving of the project;
• Organising and attending after-sales service meetings.

Travel May Be Required.

Ideal candidate

With a higher education qualification, you have at least 3 years’ experience in construction site management and a very good understanding of technical trades (waterproofing, external joinery, façades).

You have a keen interest in technical matters, the ability to synthesise and analyse information, and you are able to manage your operations independently.

You are comfortable using English, versatile, a skilled negotiator, responsive, and able to foster a genuinely positive atmosphere in your dealings with all your contacts.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden

• Het voorbereiden van en deelnemen aan projectvergaderingen (voorbereidende vergaderingen, interne en externe coördinatie, enz.);
• Het beheren van de klantrelaties;
• Het verzorgen van de financiële opvolging van het project (voortgangsrapporten, eindafrekeningen, beheer van klantfacturen, enz.);
• Het bijhouden van de projectplanning;
• Zorgen voor de operationele opvolging van het project;
• Het beheren van bestellingen (keuze van leveranciers, prijsaanvragen, analyse van offertes, onderhandelingen, enz.);
• Zorgen voor de administratieve opvolging en archivering van het project;
• Het organiseren van en deelnemen aan de after-sales-vergadering.

Er kan eventueel reizen nodig zijn.

Gewenst profiel

U beschikt over een hogere opleiding, hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de bouwbegeleiding en een zeer goede kennis van technische vakgebieden (waterdichting, buitenschrijnwerk, gevels).

U hebt affiniteit met technische zaken, kunt goed samenvatten en analyseren en bent zelfstandig in het opvolgen van uw werkzaamheden.

U bent vloeiend in het Engels, veelzijdig, bedreven in onderhandelen, reactief en weet een echte positieve dynamiek te creëren in uw relaties met al uw gesprekspartners.

Vos responsabilités

• Assurer la gestion des relations clients;
• Consulter, préparer les devis, organiser et suivre les travaux de reprise de sinistres;
• Assurer le suivi financier (états d’avancement, décomptes finaux, gestion des factures clients etc.);
• Suivre le planning ;
• Gérer les commandes (choix des fournisseurs, demandes de prix, analyse des offres, négociations etc.);
• Préparer et participer aux réunions de prévention service après-vente en phase chantier et aux passations entre les équipes travaux et service après-vente;

Des déplacements sont à prévoir.

Profil recherché

De formation supérieure, vous avez au moins 3 années d'expérience en conduite de travaux dans le bâtiment, et une très bonne connaissance sur les lots techniques (étanchéité, menuiseries extérieures, façades).

Vous avez le goût de la technique et vous êtes autonome dans le suivi de vos opérations.

Vous avez un anglais courant.

Vous êtes polyvalent, à l’aise dans la négociation, réactif et vous savez insuffler une véritable dynamique positive dans vos relations avec l'ensemble de vos interlocuteurs.
