Capgemini Engineering is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs within a regulated Life Sciences environment. You will provide strategic direction, ensure cross-project alignment, and drive successful execution of initiatives.

As a Program Manager, you will demonstrate advanced project management mastery, enable influence of senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in project/program management with SME experience and a delivery track record.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder programs within Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced mastery of project and program management methodologies, tools, and governance.
• Strong leadership, influencing skills and ability to align across functions.
• Budget management, resource planning, and cross-functional execution experience.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP, and regulatory constraints.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of executive-level presentation materials.
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken).

• Define, structure, and drive integrated project and program plans, managing risks, issues, dependencies, and critical paths across initiatives.
• Maintain oversight of interdependencies between projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities and strategic objectives.
• Manage budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross-functional teams.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders and leadership, facilitating decision-making and resolving complex issues proactively.
• Ensure timely, high-quality execution of critical initiatives in regulated Life Sciences environments.
• Optimize project and program governance, contributing to process improvements and scalable ways of working.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project managers when applicable, fostering delivery excellence and PM maturity across teams.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead and coordinate complex, multi‑stakeholder projects and programs within a dynamic and regulated Life Sciences environment. Working with a high degree of independence, you will provide strategic direction, ensure cross‑project alignment, and drive the successful execution of critical initiatives.

As a Program Manager, you will demonstrate advanced project management mastery and strong leadership capabilities, enabling you to influence senior stakeholders, manage interdependencies, and ensure high‑quality, timely delivery across multiple workstreams.

Your responsabilities

Your profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field
• 5 to 8 years of experience in project and/or program management, with proven SME experience and a strong delivery track record
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder projects or programs, ideally within the Life Sciences or pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced mastery of project and program management methodologies, tools, and governance models
• Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions
• Solid experience in budget management, resource planning, and cross‑functional execution
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP principles, and regulatory constraints
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to produce executive‑level, presentation‑ready materials for steering committees and leadership
• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)
• Strategic, proactive, and solution‑oriented mindset, with strong collaboration skills in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments
