As a Project Manager at BMS Offshore, you lead multidisciplinary teams on complex offshore projects worldwide. You hold full accountability for safety, quality, planning, and budget management throughout the project lifecycle, from tender to close-out. Your strong leadership ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

This role demands excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, allowing you to coordinate diverse teams effectively while maintaining clear communication with clients and stakeholders. With a high degree of autonomy and responsibility, you drive project success by balancing operational excellence with strategic oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of offshore project execution.
• Manage client relationships and contractual obligations.
• Lead project teams across engineering, operations, QHSE and finance.
• Monitor planning, budget and resource allocation.
• Provide technical input during project planning, tendering and execution.
• Ensure all activities comply with internal standards and industry regulations.

Must Have

• Master degree in engineering.
• Proven experience in offshore project management.
• Technical background and strong commercial insight.
• Leadership skills and a focus on result and safety.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to travel and lead international teams.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
