Suivo is seeking a Project Manager to oversee software projects from launch to production within the Brussels region. You will coordinate stakeholders, translate requirements into concrete plans, and ensure projects are executed successfully.

You will lead the delivery of Suivo Cloud solutions for corporate clients, manage timelines and budgets, and maintain strong communication between clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required.
• Experience as a Project Manager in a software/IoT environment is preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills, able to coordinate multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Lead implementation of Suivo Cloud projects at client sites.
• Organize kick-off meetings and workshops; be the main contact for the client.
• Translate client requirements into concrete project plans and timelines.
• Monitor timelines, budget, scope, and progress across multiple projects.
• Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams.

Your mission

As a Project Manager, you ensure the smooth running of our software projects, from launch through to production. You keep a clear overview, coordinate the various stakeholders, and ensure projects are executed successfully.

Your responsibilities:

• You lead the implementation of Suivo Cloud solutions at our corporate clients.
• You organize kick-off meetings and workshops, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the project.
• You analyze clients’ functional requirements and translate them into a concrete project plan.
• You monitor the timeline, budget, scope, and progress of multiple projects in parallel.
• You work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
• You track project progress and take the necessary actions when needed.

Your profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You have experience as a Project Manager in a software environment. Experience in IoT or Asset Management is a plus.
• You are organized, thorough, and comfortable managing projets and stakeholders.
• You show a strong sense of responsibility, communicate easily, and maintain a good overview.
• You have excellent command of French. A good knowledge of Dutch is a real asset.
