Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site to implement automated lifecycle management for qualified digital certificates (CLM) and establish a public key infrastructure (PKI) for internal certificates, contributing to the digital transformation of the public sector.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to federate cross-functional teams without direct line authority.
• Knowledge of digital certificates and PKI infrastructures.
• Understanding of certificate lifecycle management (CLM).
• Knowledge of ACME, SCEP protocols and API integration is a plus.
• Proven IT project management experience in security or infrastructure.
• Experience in public or parapublic environments is a plus.
• Awareness of NIS2, crypto agility and post-quantum transition.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project phases 1 and 2.
• Oversee asset mapping and risk assessment reports for certificates.
• Lead PoC with the CA and develop a business case for deployment.
• Establish transversal governance across Development, Infrastructure, Security, ITIL and monitoring.
• Coordinate project resources including architects, PKI/security experts, and infra engineers.
• Ensure budget tracking and reporting to the management committee.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. The project focuses on implementing automated lifecycle management for qualified digital certificates (CLM) and establishing a public key infrastructure (PKI) for internal certificates. This role will involve working on dynamic projects that contribute to the digital transformation of the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor the progress of phases 1 and 2.
• Oversee the mapping of assets holding certificates and the risk assessment report.
• Lead the Proof of Concept with the certification authority and build the business case for deployment.
• Establish the transversal governance of the project (Development, Infrastructure, Security, ITIL & monitoring).
• Coordinate project resources (architects, security/PKI experts, infrastructure engineers).
• Ensure budget tracking and reporting to the management committee.
