Pauwels Consulting seeks a seasoned IT Project Manager to oversee multiple IT initiatives from inception to delivery in a transformation setting. You will ensure high quality outcomes while upholding corporate standards.

With 5+ years in Prince2/PMBok and hybrid delivery in Waterfall/Agile, you will guide teams, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional resources in Brussels. Fluency in English and Dutch or French is required; 12-month, onsite engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading IT projects with Prince2 or PMBok.
• 5+ years facilitating multi-stakeholder workshops.
• 3+ years working in hybrid Waterfall/Agile environments.
• 3+ years in the Belgian energy market focusing on settlement.
• 1+ years with MIG6 or MIG DGO processes.
• Proven DevOps track record and requirements analysis.
• Prince2 Foundation or Practitioner plus one of Prince2 Agile/SAFe/PSM.
• Coaching certification or ability to apply coaching in an org.
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical/engineering field.
• Fluent English (C1) and Dutch/French at C1 with the other at least B1.

Responsabilités

Our client, a prominent organization in the Belgian energy sector, is seeking a professional to manage multiple parallel IT projects from inception to completion. The role focuses on delivering complex solutions within a transformation environment while maintaining high quality and corporate standards.

• Manage the full project lifecycle by writing project briefs, defining project scope, and coordinating cross-functional IT resources.
• Lead and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops to ensure alignment and create organizational buy-in for project goals.
• Monitor and mitigate project risks and issues while providing transparent management reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee financial management by following up on budgets, updating business cases, and aligning with project sponsors.
• Analyze change requests and ensure the quality of end products by adhering to internal corporate processes.
• Coordinate dependencies within and between various projects to ensure seamless integration and delivery.

• 5+ years experience in leading and guiding IT projects using Prince2 or PMBok methodologies.
• 5+ years experience facilitating complex multi-stakeholder workshops and managing diverse project teams.
• 3+ years experience working in hybrid Waterfall and Agile environments.
• 3+ years experience within the Belgian energy market, specifically focusing on settlement processes.
• 1+ years experience with MIG 6 or MIG DGO processes.
• You possess a proven track record in DevOps environments and analyzing detailed requirements.
• You hold a Prince 2 Foundation or Practitioner certification and at least one of Prince 2 Agile, SAFe, or Professional Scrum Master.
• You possess a recognized coaching certification or the ability to leverage coaching expertise within an organization.
• You bring a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field.
• You are fluent in English (C1) with C1 level in Dutch or French and B1 level in the other.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with customer-related process domains such as measure or billing.
• Previous experience with tools like HP ALM, ServiceNow, or Topdesk.
• Past involvement in coordination roles specifically within MIG6 or MIG DGO contexts.
