Qualifications

• Experience in project management, operations, implementation or onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Technical interest and ability to understand technical concepts.
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented.
• Fluent Dutch, professional French and English.

• Manage planning, documentation, deadlines and escalations
• Follow up technical integration and help troubleshoot issues
• Understand how batteries create value through energy & flexibility markets
• Analyse energy contracts and identify relevant commercial constraints and opportunities
• Follow up grid connection, metering and compliance requirements
• Continuously improve our onboarding processes and way of working

We are looking for a Battery Flexibility Project Manager to take battery projects from contract signature to successful activation on the flexibility markets.

You are the driving force behind the onboarding process, coordinating customers, installers, aggregators, grid operators and internal teams. You make sure everyone is aligned, issues get solved and projects go live.

What you’ll do

• Own the end-to-end onboarding of battery projects
• Coordinate customers, installers, aggregators, DSOs and internal teams
• Manage planning, documentation, deadlines and escalations
• Follow up technical integration and help troubleshoot issues
• Understand how batteries create value through energy & flexibility markets
• Analyse energy contracts and identify relevant commercial constraints and opportunities
• Follow up grid connection, metering and compliance requirements
• Continuously improve our onboarding processes and way of working

What we’re looking for

You don't need to be an energy-market expert or an electrical engineer. We are looking for a hands-on project manager with technical affinity, curiosity and drive.

Must have:

• Experience in project management, operations, implementation or onboarding
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Technical interest and the ability to understand technical concepts
• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-oriented
• Fluent Dutch, professional French and English

Nice to have:

• Experience with energy, batteries, flexibility or energy trading
• Knowledge of Day-Ahead, Intraday, Imbalance, FCR or aFRR
• Understanding of electricity contracts and market exposure
• Familiarity with grid operators and connection processes
• Basic knowledge of Modbus, TCP/IP, PLCs, ...
