Beaulieu International Group seeks an ICT Project Manager to own and drive critical ICT projects across multiple teams and domains. You will ensure scope, timing, budget, quality and business value are met, collaborating with stakeholders, Product Owners, and external partners to delivery excellence.

You will coordinate reporting, governance updates, and risk management, while ensuring a smooth transition to operations with documentation, training, acceptance, and hypercare.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in ICT project management or a similar delivery role.
• Strong knowledge of governance, stakeholder management, planning, budgeting, reporting, and risk management.
• Experience across multiple ICT domains, teams, suppliers, and technologies.
• Good understanding of Agile and waterfall methodologies, IT governance, and ITIL principles.
• Structured, pragmatic, communicative, stress-resilient, and result-oriented, with ownership mindset.
• Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English; knowledge of French is an asset.
• Comfortable using AI productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot to support planning, reporting, documentation, meeting preparation, and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and maintain project reporting, governance updates, steering committee materials, and escalation proposals.
• Align business requirements with solution design, ICT delivery capacity, and operational readiness.
• Manage changes and assess impact on scope, timing, budget, quality, and business value.
• Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, Product Owners, Application Owners, architects, PMO, and leadership.
• Ensure smooth transition to operations, including documentation, support alignment, training, acceptance, and hypercare activities.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks and obstacles to keep delivery on track.

Help Shape the Delivery of Business-Critical ICT Projects

As an ICT Project Manager at Beaulieu International Group, you take ownership of the successful execution of ICT projects across multiple teams and domains. You ensure projects are delivered according to scope, timing, budget, quality, and expected business value. In this hands-on role, you work closely with business stakeholders, ICT teams, external partners, and leadership to drive improvement and help shape value that lasts.

What You Will Do

• Plan, coordinate, and drive ICT projects from initiation through successful closure.
• Take ownership of project scope, milestones, budget, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate project delivery across multiple ICT teams, technologies, and external suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain project reporting, governance updates, steering committee materials, and escalation proposals.
• Align business requirements with solution design, ICT delivery capacity, and operational readiness.
• Manage project changes and assess their impact on scope, timing, budget, quality, and business value.

What You Bring
