Beaulieu International Group in Belgium seeks an experienced IT Infrastructure leader to drive the transformation of its hybrid IT landscape—covering data centers, cloud, and networks. You will define and execute the infrastructure platform roadmap, guiding the legacy transition to the Infrastructure For Future (IFF) stack with a focus on stability and security.

You will lead strategic planning, manage budgets and vendors using FinOps, and foster a culture of excellence while communicating

Qualifications

• University degree in computer science or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Data Center, Cloud, or Network Management in business-critical IT environments.
• Certification in IT Risk Management, with expertise in embedding risk controls.
• Proven knowledge on Vendor Management and Service Delivery Management
• Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure landscape and trends.
• Strong leadership and strategic mindset for driving transformation and innovation.
• Effective delegation and calm, decisive action under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business domains.
• Fluency in English and Dutch. Fluency in French is a plus.

• Manage budgets and vendor relationships using FinOps principles; build strong partnerships with strategic solution providers.
• Foster team leadership and development, encouraging collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Communicate infrastructure strategies and updates effectively to senior leadership and business stakeholders.
