Haulogy is seeking a Project Manager to join the Services department, focusing on analyzing client needs in the energy sector and translating them into actionable IT development plans. The role involves leading the functional specifications, roadmap creation, and resource coordination to ensure timely delivery in an AGILE environment.

You will monitor production and deployment, manage budgets, and maintain strong cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, computer engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as an Analyst in the energy sector or as IT Project Manager
• Strong interest in the energy transition and ability to work in complex IT environments
• Ability to see a project globally and provide detailed vision
• Good analytical mind and cross-department interaction

In the context of the energy transition and the liberalization of the energy market, haulogy successfully contributes to the transformation objectives of its customers in the energy sector by offering modular and scalable software and IT services in a long-term partnership approach.

In this context, Haulogy is looking for a :

Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

• As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Services department;
• With your knowledge as an application project manager, you analyze the client's needs in the energy sector and understand the duties and constraints of IT developers, IT analysts and testers;
• You analyze the environment of the business sector, identify the needs and constraints of users;
• You are involved in the creation of the functional specifications and roadmap including the retroplanning, the distribution of budgets, and the functional organization;
• As a true conductor, you actively lead the technical vision to success by gathering and federating the necessary resources;
• You are in charge of the smooth running of the production and deployment;
• You evolve in AGILE mode, while respecting the deadlines;
• You set up monitoring routines with the technical and project teams;
• You adjust the business investment according to the progress of the project;
• Throughout your work, you monitor all technological risks and ensure that the solution described will consistently meet the required conditions;
• You coordinate the day-to-day activities of the collaborators who will be included in your project;
• You will benefit from quality coaching and, depending on your skills and results, you will quickly be led to increase your responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• You have a Master's degree in management, computer engineering or an equivalent degree or equivalent by experience;
• You have at least 3 years of experience as an Analyst in the energy Sector or Project Manager in the IT sector - preferably in an application environment - or equivalent by experience;
• You are attracted by complex IT environments and are eager for challenges;
• You are able to have a global view of a project as well as to provide a detailed vision;
• You have a sharp analytical mind and the interaction with different departments inspires you;
• You have a strong interest in the energy transition sector and/or have worked in this field before;
• You are passionate about long term learning and you strive to maintain a certain level of technological intelligence;
• You enjoy working as part of a team, while demonstrating autonomy and a strong sense of initiative;
• You are curious by nature and you dare to ask questions in order to make the connection with the products and services offered.

You have very good communication skills, both written and oral. You are fluent in French and English is an asset.
