Redion, the global care partner formed by Europ Assistance and Generali Employee Benefits, is seeking a Project Manager Business Excellence to drive change, optimize processes and deliver strategic initiatives across multiple countries.

You will transform ideas into results by partnering with stakeholders, leading complex transformations and embracing digitalization and automation to create real business value.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, IT or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, consulting or business transformation.
• Experience with process optimization, Lean methodologies and change management.
• Strong communication and storytelling to translate complexity into clear business messages.

Responsabilités

• Lead strategic and operational transformation projects across multiple countries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance efficiency and create business value.
• Translate business objectives into structured project plans and roadmaps.
• Coordinate project delivery from analysis and design through testing, implementation and training.
• Drive the adoption of new systems, digital tools and automation solutions.
• Engage stakeholders at all levels and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress, risks and outcomes while ensuring quality, scope and timelines are met.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a high-performance culture.

Working closely with stakeholders across different countries and business functions, you'll lead strategic initiatives that improve performance, streamline operations and support Redion's future growth.

What You'll Bring

• Strong track record in managing complex projects and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with process optimization, Lean methodologies and change management
• Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear business messages
• Hands-on experience with digitalization and automation initiatives, ideally within the Microsoft ecosystem
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong sense of ownership
