Responsabilités

• Support the execution of automated intralogistics projects from design through commissioning and handover
• Coordinate technical activities between internal teams, suppliers and customers
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions with mechanical, electrical and software teams
• Prepare and review technical documentation, layouts, specifications and deliverables
• Monitor timelines, budgets and quality; identify and mitigate risks
• Support installation, testing and commissioning activities on customer sites
• Act as technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
• Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering and project management processes

We are looking for an Project Engineer to join our growing team at one of our clients. In this role, you will contribute to the successful delivery of innovative projects, supporting the design, implementation and commissioning of cutting‑edge robotic solutions for international customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the execution of automated intralogistics projects from design phase through commissioning and handover.
• Coordinating technical activities between internal teams, suppliers and customers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Translating customer requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with mechanical, electrical and software engineering teams.
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, layouts, specifications and project deliverables.
• Monitoring project timelines, budgets and quality standards while identifying and mitigating potential risks.
• Supporting installation, testing and commissioning activities on customer sites.
• Acting as a technical point of contact throughout the project lifecycle and ensuring effective stakeholder communication.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and the optimization of engineering and project management processes.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Industrial or related field).
• Strong interest in robotics and innovative material handling solutions.
• Initial experience through internships, academic projects or a first professional experience in engineering or project management is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English and/or French is considered a strong asset.
