Atlas Copco Group in Belgium is seeking a Project Leader for Centrifugal Compressor Development. You will guide multidisciplinary teams across disciplines and international sites, aligning objectives and driving projects from concept to implementation.

The role requires strong leadership, technical understanding, and stakeholder communication. A hybrid setup from Wilrijk and travel may be involved, with focus on sustainable compressor technology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent through experience.
• Experience leading technical projects in a multidisciplinary engineering environment.
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and facilitate engineering decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Pragmatic, result-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in situations with uncertainty.
• Ability to build trust and collaboration across teams, functions and cultures.
• Strong team player with a collaborative leadership style.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch is considered an advantage.
