CMA CGM Belgium is seeking a Sales Support – Breakbulk & Project Cargo to prepare quotations, coordinate opportunities, support requests, and maintain CRM data. You will liaise with the Outside Sales team to ensure accurate and timely responses to customers.

Responsibilities include coordinating pricing, supporting tenders and commercial agreements, and maintaining CRM/NOVA records. The role requires strong communication, organization, and a customer-focused mindset in a busy logistics

Qualifications

• Experience in quotations, tender preparation, and CRM data management preferred.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills for handling multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotations and commercial proposals for Breakbulk and Project Cargo opportunities.
• Coordinate pricing requests with internal stakeholders and follow up with customers and sales reps.
• Support tender preparation, contracts, and commercial agreements.
