S-Biomedic is seeking a Project Associate – Development to bridge R&D, manufacturing and quality. You will coordinate plans, milestones and documentation, while consolidating data and building dashboards to guide decisions across teams.

The role supports QMS activities and ensures timely, compliant project execution with accurate reporting. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to track risks, optimize workflows, and maintain project information in a regulated

• Ability to prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.
• Experience coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to collect, consolidate, and report project information.
• Understanding of project risks and issues; elevate concerns appropriately.
• Experience preparing meeting minutes and project reports.
• Familiarity with coordinating materials, inventory, or logistics.
• Ability to visualize data using dashboards or reporting tools.
• Knowledge of QMS, documentation practices, and compliance.

Responsabilités

We are looking for a Project Associate – Development to join our team. You will be operating at the intersection of research, development, and manufacturing and we offer a unique opportunity to work closely with experts across multiple disciplines within our company.

Your responsibilities?

• Project Coordination & Execution:
  • Support project planning, timeline tracking, and milestone management.
  • Coordinate activities across R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and external partners.
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, risk registers, and project documentation.
  • Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials.
  • Follow up on project deliverables and ensure alignment with agreed timelines.
  • Support stakeholder communication and information flow across teams.
• Data Management & Reporting:
  • Consolidate and organize project data from multiple sources.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular progress updates.
  • Ensure project documentation remains accurate and up-to-date.
• Quality & Documentation Support:
  • Support the maintenance of Quality Management System (QMS) documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation and review of technical and quality documents.
  • Help ensure compliance with internal procedures and documentation standards.
  • Support inventory and sample tracking activities where required.

Your qualifications?

• Technical competencies & IT competencies:
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and tools within development, manufacturing, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, or other regulated environments.
  • Ability to support the preparation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, milestones, action trackers, and project documentation.
  • Experience coordinating tasks across multiple stakeholders and facilitating communication between internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to collect, consolidate, and report project information to support project monitoring and decision-making.
  • Understanding of project risks and issues, with the ability to identify, document, and elevate concerns appropriately.
  • Experience preparing meeting minutes, action logs, project reports, and presentation materials.
  • Familiarity with coordinating materials, samples, inventory, or logistics-related activities to support project execution.
  • Ability to organize and visualize project data using spreadsheets, dashboards, or reporting tools.
  • Basic understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), documentation practices, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
  • Ability to support the preparation, review, and maintenance of technical and quality documentation.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Monday.com, or equivalent.
  • Ability to create basic dashboards, reports, and project trackers.
