Cryoport Systems seeks a Program Manager to lead complex client programs in the biotech and pharmaceutical sector, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring delivery in a highly regulated environment.

You will manage plans, timelines, and deliverables, lead meetings, and drive continuous improvement while aligning with GMP/GxP standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required in life sciences, biotech, supply chain, or business.
• Minimum 4 years in project/program/account management or client-facing roles.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech/CRO/CDMO/healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management and client communication at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, coordinating between clients and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, and key deliverables.
• Lead project meetings, business reviews, and risk management discussions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to meet milestones.
• Support commercial activities by contributing to proposals and monitoring budgets.

As a Program Manager , you will act as a trusted partner for our clients, leading operational projects and supporting the development of life-changing therapies in a highly regulated environment.

What we expect from you:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and key deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Leading project meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and project milestones are achieved.
• Supporting commercial activities by contributing to proposals, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring contractual commitments are delivered.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and helping optimize processes, services, and customer experience.
• Ensuring activities are performed in compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and applicable quality standards.

We're looking for someone with:

• A Master's degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Supply Chain, Business, or another relevant discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in project management, program management, account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cell & gene therapy, CRO, CDMO, or healthcare industry.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams at all levels.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A good understanding of GMP/GxP environments and quality-driven operations.
• Fluency in French & English (min. B2) is necessary
• Experience with Project Management tools (Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or equivalent) is a plus.
