  • Communication: Excellent command of written and spoken English with strong writing skills. Any additional language is an asset. Excellent command of creating and critically evaluating AI-generated content, with strong analytical and editorial expertise;
  • Technical: Prior experience in supporting project coordination and administration, social media management, or using CMS/website tools is a plus.

  • Travel: Willingness and availability to travel if required.
What You Will Learn & Do
Over 12 months, your responsibilities and autonomy will grow through a structured learning plan, including the following

  • Months 5–8 (Project Support & Coordination): Help coordinate event logistics, draft social media and newsletter content, manage segments of ongoing projects and activities. Report on events/activities and produce communication materials;
  • Months 9–12 (Advanced Coordination & Growth): Manage full workflows independently, prepare detailed project documentation, support monitoring and evaluation activities, take full ownership of coordinating a small project or project segment with limited supervision, and engage in career planning.

  • Financial Package: €1,300 gross per month plus 100% public transport subscription (home – office);
  • Professional Growth: Direct European NGO experience, an Individual Development Plan (IDP), dedicated training budget, and the opportunity to develop skills in health, human rights advocacy, community engagement processes, research, and communication, with regular supervision;
