Oliver James Associates Ltd. in Brussels seeks a Senior Program Manager to own a Microsoft 365 E5 implementation across the organization.

You will drive the program from roadmap to delivery, coordinating IT, security and business workstreams with autonomy and senior stakeholder oversight. The role requires 7+ years in IT program management, hands-on M365/E5 experience, and fluency in French, Dutch and English.

Qualifications

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - MICROSOFT 365 E5 IMPLEMENTATION- Brussels | Hybrid

Lead a strategic Microsoft 365 E5 implementation program with direct impact across the organization.Take ownership of a complex transformation involving multiple technical, security and business workstreams.Drive the program from roadmap to execution, ensuring delivery, governance, budget and stakeholder alignment.Act as the central point of coordination between IT experts, business teams, management and external partners.Turn complex technical requirements into clear priorities, decisions and actionable plans.Join a high-visibility transformation where autonomy, seniority and stakeholder management are non-negotiable.Experience in a large or public-sector organization is a strong advantage.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - THE JOB:

• Own and drive the Microsoft 365 E5 implementation: scope, roadmap, governance, milestones, budget and deliverables.
• Coordinate multiple technical and business workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, priorities and delivery.
• Challenge and align technical teams and senior stakeholders, translating complex IT topics into clear decisions and actions.

SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER - YOUR PROFILE:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Program/Project Management, with proven experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Mandatory hands-on program experience with Microsoft 365 / E5 implementations or transformations. A general Microsoft background alone is not sufficient.
• Mandatory professional fluency in French, Dutch and English. Experience in the public sector, large organizations or complex regulated environments is a strong asset.
• Strong enough technically to understand, challenge and coordinate Microsoft/IT specialists without needing to be the technical implementer yourself.
• Proven ability to operate autonomously in complex, partially-defined environments with senior stakeholders.
