VeroTech is seeking a Defense Program Manager to lead defense technology programs from planning through execution. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality while aligning stakeholders across sales, operations, engineering and purchasing.

The role emphasizes cross-functional coordination, contract management, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to travel and work internationally.

Qualifications

Master's degree in engineering (Mechatronics or electronics) required.
At least 5 years of professional experience.
Experience in aerospace or defense is a plus.
Proven experience in project management, ideally international.
Strong persuasion and ability to align stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and stay abroad when needed.

About The Role

As a VeroTech consultant, you will lead defense technology programs from planning through to execution follow-up. You keep a clear view of scope, schedule, budget, specifications and quality standards. You work with the sales, operations, engineering and purchasing teams to align stakeholders, structure execution and support the customer relationship.

Your role combines cross-functional coordination, contract management, continuous improvement and identifying technical and commercial opportunities.

Key responsibilities

Design, monitor and adjust project plans, balancing scope, timelines and budget
Coordinate the sales, operations, engineering and purchasing teams to ensure consistent execution
Act as the main point of contact for customers during program execution and follow-up
Lead, manage and coach the project team to support delivery quality
Identify risks, propose solutions and implement continuous improvement best practices

What we're looking for

You are a structured, customer-oriented person, able to lead complex technical programs in a demanding, cross-functional environment.

Master's degree in engineering (Mechatronics or electronics)
At least 5 years of professional experience
As cherry on top experience in aerospace or defense
Proven experience in project management, ideally in an international context
Strong persuasion skills and the ability to align internal and external stakeholders
Willingness to travel and stay abroad regularly when the program requires it

Languages

Excellent Communication Skills In French And English Are Required.
