Program Manager will act as a trusted partner for clients, leading operational projects and supporting the development of life-changing therapies in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 4+ years in project/program management or client-facing role.
• Experience in pharma/biotech/CRO/CDMO or healthcare.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple projects.
• GMP/GxP knowledge and quality-driven operations.
• French & English at least B2.

Responsabilités

• Serving as the primary point of contact for assigned client programs, ensuring effective communication and coordination between clients and internal teams.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, status reports, and key deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
• Leading project meetings, business reviews, and operational discussions while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Collaborating closely with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure customer expectations are met and project milestones are achieved.
• Supporting commercial activities by contributing to proposals, monitoring project budgets, and ensuring contractual commitments are delivered.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and helping optimize processes, services, and customer experience.
• Ensuring activities are performed in compliance with GMP/GxP requirements and applicable quality standards.
