Cryoport Belgium is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to lead warehouse and cryoroom operations for cryopreservation and kitting activities. You will manage a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure materials from ambient to cryogenic are handled safely and compliantly.

This role requires a Master’s in supply chain or equivalent, 5+ years GMP warehouse experience, 1+ year leadership, fluency in French and English, and strong knowledge of QA, HSE, and ERP/MES tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain or logistics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment.
• 1+ year of team leadership experience.
• Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials, including cryogenic handling.
• Fluent in French; professional English (B2+) required.
• Knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and ERP/MES tools.

What you’ll do

As a Logistics Supervisor, you’ll oversee all warehouse and cryoroom operations for our cryopreservation and kitting activities. You’ll lead a team, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and ensure that all materials—from ambient to cryogenic—are handled safely and compliantly.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supervising daily operations, inventory, and documentation
• Coordinating with Program Managers, QC, and shuttle drivers to meet project deadlines
• Ensuring compliance with GMP, GxP, and safety standards
• Writing and updating SOPs, work instructions, and deviation reports
• Managing staff schedules, training, and performance
• Participating in audits, facility tours, and continuous improvement initiatives

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our logistics operations run smoothly, safely, and on time.

What we’re looking for

• A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain or logistics
• 5+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated warehouse environment
• 1+ year of team leadership experience
• Experience with biological/pharmaceutical materials, including cryogenic handling
• Strong knowledge of quality systems, HSE, and ERP/MES tools
• Fluent in French; professional English (B2+) required
• A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills
