EPSA in Belgium seeks a Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead the modernization of data capabilities, including a scalable data platform and governance across business domains.
You will orchestrate activities across projects, ensure alignment with business value, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder engagement, and report progress to the CIO, with strong collaboration with IT and the Data Management team.

The Data & Analytics Program aims to modernize the organization's data capabilities to maximize business value. It includes the implementation of a new scalable and flexible data platform, as well as the deployment of a business-driven data governance and data quality framework. The program also covers the progressive migration of data, data flows, and reports from the legacy platform to the new one, ensuring continuity of use. In parallel, it drives a shift towards a data product approach, structured by business domains and focused on business value, as well as the follow-up of AI developments included in the program. Overall, the program enables better decision-making, increased operational efficiency, and stronger business impact from data.

The Program Manager orchestrates and integrates all program activities across projects to ensure coherent and value-driven delivery, including:
The Program Manager is accountable for program delivery, while business ownership of outcomes and value realization remains with the Business Program Lead
The Program Manager reports hierarchically to the Business Program Lead (CDO, Head of the Data Office within the Strategy Department) and functionally to the Program Sponsor (CIO). This role requires strong integration with the IT teams, particularly the Data Management team within DBS, ensuring close alignment between business priorities and IT delivery.
Within the program governance, the Program Manager prepares the Program SteerCo (agenda, materials, decision log, and action tracking) and plays a leading role in the OpCo, with a strong focus on risk management, escalations, and arbitrations. The Program Manager ensures continuous coordination across project teams on cross-project topics and sets up a structured reporting framework covering delivery, value, risks, budget, and benefits, providing a consolidated and transparent view of the program.
In addition, the Program Manager ensures strong business involvement and reinforces clear business ownership of outcomes and value realization, maintains alignment with the sponsor and key stakeholders, and drives communication, change management, and adoption of the program’s outcomes.
