Nexeo is seeking a Data & Analytics Program Manager to lead a large-scale transformation for a major client in Belgium. You will drive modernization of data capabilities, oversee a cloud-based data platform migration and establish governance and analytics value across the enterprise.

You will coordinate business leads, project managers and IT teams, manage budgets and risks, and report to executives. The role requires collaboration across a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment in Belgium.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar Data & Analytics role.
• Proven experience leading multi-project transformation programs.
• Experience delivering cloud data platform migration projects.
• Energy sector experience is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of governance and data quality frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nexeo is currently looking for a Data & Analytics Program Manager to join a major organization undergoing a large-scale data transformation.

Your role

As a Data & Analytics Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading a strategic enterprise-wide Data & Analytics transformation program focused on modernizing data capabilities, implementing a cloud-based data platform and driving business value through data governance and analytics.

Your responsibilities will include:

Program Leadership

• Lead and coordinate a large-scale Data & Analytics transformation program across multiple projects.


• Ensure alignment between Business Program Leads, Project Managers and IT teams.


• Drive end-to-end program delivery while ensuring business objectives and expected value are achieved.


• Manage scope, priorities, roadmap and cross-project dependencies.


• Monitor program milestones and ensure successful execution of all initiatives.


• Coordinate project managers and key contributors to secure delivery.

Governance & Delivery Management

• Prepare and facilitate Steering Committees and Operational Committees.


• Manage risks, issues, escalations and arbitration processes.


• Consolidate program reporting covering delivery, budget, risks, benefits and KPIs.


• Ensure compliance with governance processes, operating models and delivery standards.


• Coordinate with Enterprise Architecture to ensure technical consistency and roadmap alignment.


• Ensure production and operational constraints are properly integrated into delivery activities.

Stakeholder & Change Management

• Build strong relationships with Business, IT and executive stakeholders.


• Coordinate communication and stakeholder engagement across the entire program.


• Drive change management initiatives supporting adoption of new data capabilities.


• Ensure business ownership of deliverables and value realization.


• Coordinate external partners and system integrators throughout the program lifecycle.

Resource & Budget Management

• Oversee program planning, budget and resource allocation.


• Anticipate capacity needs across projects (business, technical and financial).


• Monitor contingency reserves and ensure effective budget control.


• Ensure efficient coordination of cross-functional teams.

Profile

• Master's degree or equivalent experience.


• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within Data & Analytics programs.


• Proven experience leading complex, multi-project transformation programs.


• Experience delivering cloud data platform migration projects.


• Previous experience within the energy sector is highly desirable.


• Strong knowledge of Program & Project Management methodologies.


• Good understanding of modern Data Architecture, Data Governance and Data Quality frameworks.


• Experience managing budgets, risks, dependencies and executive governance.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.


• Strong organizational, planning and leadership capabilities.


• Ability to deliver in fast-paced and evolving environments.
