Job summary

Jobat is seeking a Team Leader Packaging to ensure smooth day-to-day operation of the packaging department. You will lead a team of around 10 employees, oversee production planning and ensure orders are packed accurately and efficiently according to high quality standards.

You will be the first point of contact for your team, maintain a positive working atmosphere and collaborate closely with logistics, quality and technical teams to drive improvements and maintain safety.

As a Team Leader Packaging, you ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the packaging department. You lead a team of around 10 employees, oversee production planning and ensure that customer orders are packed accurately, efficiently and according to the highest quality standards.

You act as the first point of contact for your team, maintain a positive working atmosphere and collaborate closely with colleagues from logistics, quality and technical departments.
