Als Painter Manufacturing ben je, samen met je collega-lakkers, verantwoordelijk voor de correcte, efficiënte en kwaliteitsvolle coördinatie en afwerking van alle manufacturingprojecten binnen de lakafdeling, in lijn met de vooropgestelde planning en de interne taakverdeling. Je staat in voor de volledige voorbereiding, behandeling en afwerking van 3D-geprinte onderdelen, waarbij je oppervlakken inspecteert, reinigt en voorbereidt, en primer-, verf- of laklagen aanbrengt volgens de geldende specificaties, kwaliteitsvereisten en afwerkingsstandaarden. Daarnaast draag je actief bij aan het bewaken van de voortgang, kwaliteit en tijdige oplevering van de projecten. Je signaleert mogelijke knelpunten of afwijkingen in planning, werkuitvoering of kwaliteit op een proactieve manier en communiceert hierover duidelijk met collega’s en relevante interne stakeholders, zodat tijdig kan worden bijgestuurd waar nodig. Je voert nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles uit tijdens en na elke afwerkingsfase en neemt de nodige corrigerende acties om te garanderen dat de afgewerkte stukken voldoen aan de vastgelegde normen. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct gebruik, onderhoud en de goede werking van de gebruikte apparatuur en gereedschappen binnen de lakafdeling. Je werkt steeds in overeenstemming met de geldende veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieuvoorschriften en draagt zo bij aan een veilige, ordelijke en efficiënte werkomgeving. Vanuit jouw rol lever je een actieve bijdrage aan een vlotte samenwerking binnen het team en aan een performant productieproces waarbij kwaliteit, efficiëntie en leverbetrouwbaarheid centraal staan.
