Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3-5+ years leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and motivate people to achieve results.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and performance management.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Skills

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to inspire, develop, and motivate people to achieve exceptional results.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
