Job summary

ADB SAFEGATE in Belgium is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. You will manage a ~50-person operation through Team Leaders and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include leading daily production, coaching teams, implementing Lean initiatives, meeting KPIs and budgets, and collaborating with Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality to optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience.
• Lean Manufacturing proven track record.
• Experience with ERP/MES systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English, Dutch and French.

Production Manager

Job Location: Belgium - Machelen

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Leading a team of approximately 50 employees through Team Leaders, you will drive operational excellence, employee development, and continuous improvement across multiple production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production operations and deliver against production targets.
• Coach and develop Team Leaders and production teams.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Requirements

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and change management skills.
• Fluent English, Dutch and French.
