Job summary

Algeco, part of Modulaire Group, is seeking a Production & Logistics Planner to join the team in Beringen, Belgium. This role links Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, and Service to translate demand into efficient execution.

You will balance production capacity with customer commitments, monitor KPIs, and drive improvements in planning processes within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, logistics, supply chain, transport planning, or operations planning.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Navision, or similar.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, capacity, and priorities.
• Coordinate transport activities, deliveries, collections, fleet availability, and rental asset planning.
• Balance production priorities with customer commitments while optimising resources and efficiency.
• Monitor planning KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve planning issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operational execution.

About the role

As the central planning link between Sales, Operations, Production, Procurement, Fleet, Logistics, and Service, you'll translate customer demand into efficient operational execution. You'll balance production capacity, transport planning, fleet availability, and customer commitments while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuously improving planning performance.

What you'll do

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes and operational performance.

What we're looking for

• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, logistics, supply chain, transport planning, or operations planning.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Navision, or similar.
• Excellent organisational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Dutch and English
