Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for Urban Planning to ensure strategic, functional, and operational management of a web tool for public urban planning. This consultancy mission will take place on-site at our client’s location, engaging directly with diverse challenges in a dynamic environment.

You will manage the Gesper product vision, backlog, and user stories, collaborating with developers, architects, and UX/UI while facilitating governance circles and demonstrations.

Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Product Owner for Urban Planning to ensure the strategic, functional, and operational management of a web tool developed for public urban planning. This consultancy mission will take place on-site at our client’s location, allowing you to engage directly with diverse challenges in a dynamic environment.

Main Activities:

• Product Ownership – Management of the 'Gesper' Product
  Define and maintain the product vision in alignment with business needs, client priorities, and regulatory developments. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and track development progress. Collaborate closely with technical teams (developers, architects, UX/UI) and business stakeholders to ensure functional coherence. Organize and facilitate product governance circles: workshops, reviews, demonstrations, user testing.
• Identify necessary evolutions, propose continuous improvements, and ensure product quality.
• Business Analysis – Urban Planning Process Reference
  Act as the primary contact for business directions for the analysis, modeling, and optimization of processes. Ensure that the 'Gesper' product effectively supports operational processes. Conduct workshops for defining and improving processes, and support their implementation. Ensure adherence to best practices in process management (BPM). Be the reference point for analysts involved in the dematerialization program of permits. Provide coaching for new analysts joining the team. Support the program manager in coordinating analyst priorities based on strategic program priorities.

• Proven experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders (business, IT, suppliers).
• Proven experience in Product Ownership within complex digital programs.
• Ability to analyze the impact of regulatory changes on business processes and translate them into functional needs.
• Ability to ensure functional ownership of a digital product, from vision to continuous evolution.
• Demonstrate leadership and the ability to guide, coach, or challenge analysts.
