Description du poste

Job Description

Product Owner - Secured Connectivity steers Telenet Business' connectivity+ product domain for the SME segment with scalable needs. You own the product domain end-to-end across Fixed Connectivity, Networking (security), scalable SD-WAN and Managed WiFi, combining product backlog, product P&L and people leadership of a multi-disciplinary team of around four product professionals. The role operates at the boundary between operator-style standardisation and integrator-style configuration, with security as a critical capability layer. Secured Connectivity is the cluster's most technically nuanced product domain standardised and catalogue-based at its core, but with higher configuration than pure telco products and a partner/integrator landscape that demands disciplined vendor management. The cybersecurity boundary with BEAT, where shared platforms and security tooling live, is a critical interface to manage.

You will be measured on acquisition & cross-sell into the connectivity base, on ARPU uplift through secured-connectivity attach rates and on the discipline with which deviations from the standard product are governed.

Your Responsibilities
  • You own the product roadmap and the product P&L for the assigned domain. You steer ARPU, net adds, lifecycle cost and the build‑versus‑buy‑versus‑partner decisions, and oversee the financial lifecycle including capex/opex steering and the operational order flow with vendors and partners.
  • You lead, coach and develop a multi‑disciplinary team. You set the ways of working (OKRs, agile rituals, governance cadence) and build the team's technical and commercial maturity.
  • You translate business needs and CVP priorities (in collaboration with CVP and CX team) into feasible technical solutions together with Product Managers and business Architects. You drive solution feasibility through Quarterly Business Review (QBR) and Big Room Planning (BRP), and formulate MVP and scale‑up decisions.
  • You own the product backlog. You prioritise features and epics, validate the “definition of ready” at initiative and epic level, drive EPIC‑authoring and ensure clean handovers to build, UAT, FUT and operational readiness.
  • You own the vendor and partnership strategy for the domain (selection decisions, partnership investments, vendor performance, certifications) and propose pricing and commercial terms in alignment with the pricing Manager and Tribe Operations & Steering.
  • You govern technical and operational deviation requests raised by the Commercial Tribe's pre‑sales teams, deciding what can be accommodated within the product model and what not. You manage the product/pre‑sales interface as a critical handoff and ensure your team delivers product‑introduction training to pre‑sales, sales and customer‑facing teams.
  • You identify dependencies between tribes and domains (BEAT, Commercial, Enterprise Solutions, Delivery & Services, TV Transformation, CVP & CX), mediate conflicts, drive consensus and accelerate escalation to the Cluster Lead and Tribe Lead.
Our Ideal Product Owner - Secured Connectivity
  • You combine technical depth with commercial product accountability, relevant platforms, applications and network technology, with hands‑on product management experience (lifecycle, pricing, market positioning, go‑to‑market).
  • You hold a Master / Engineering / ICT degree (or equivalent through experience) and have 8+ years in telecom or ICT, of which at least 3 years in a (digital) product owner or senior product management role.
  • You have demonstrated experience leading a multi‑disciplinary team of at least 4 senior or specialised professionals: coaching, hiring, performance management and talent development of your direct reports.
  • You are knowledgeable about scaled‑agile ways of working (SAFe, scrum, PI Planning, scrum‑of‑scrums) and you bring them to life as a working method, not as ceremony. You own scope, time and budget.
  • You are data‑driven and comfortable steering on hard KPIs (ARPU, net adds, churn, time‑to‑activate) and soft signals (rNPS, VOC), and you combine both with frontline customer signals coming back from Commercial. You own the product P&L of your products.
  • You operate effectively across complex stakeholder landscapes, both internal (BEAT, Architecture, Operations, Commercial, CVP & CX, TV Transformation) and external (vendors, partners, engineering, system integrators, …). You are a bridge builder and know how to work together with other teams to deliver on your products, your financial plan and backlog.
  • You are a decisive simplifier who reduces complexity in portfolio choices and ways of working — and you take calls under uncertainty and stand behind them. You take and own your mandate.
  • You are fluent in Dutch (or French) and English, both spoken and written.
Our Offer to You

At Telenet group, you get more than just an attractive gross salary. We strongly believe in results and ownership: we give trust but also expect commitment and impact. What you achieve truly matters. In addition to a thirteenth‑month salary and holiday pay, you can count on an extensive package of extra benefits that supports you in your daily life as well as at work.

An Overview Of Our Benefits
  • Mobility budget: compose your own mobility plan, you can opt for a company car or alternative mobility solutions
  • Meal vouchers and eco vouchers
  • Telework allowance or net expense allowance
  • Mobile phone, mobile subscription, laptop, and employee discounts
  • Collective bonus and individual bonus (aligned with your performance)
  • Hospitalization insurance (including an ambulatory plan) and group insurance
  • 20 days of paid leave and 12 compensatory days off

We value your ongoing development, investing in growth via our internal learning platform, coaching, and on‑the‑job training. You will have opportunities to keep learning and further strengthen yourself in your role.

To facilitate a smooth onboarding and rapid integration for new employees, we expect you to be present in the office at least three days a week during the first six months. On other days, you can work remotely from home.
