Competenze

• Master degree or IT degree.
• Payroll/HR administration experience or strong willingness to learn fast.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Experience in UX.
• Work permit for Belgium.

Your mission: understand each country's payroll rules, labor laws, and the intricacies of how businesses manage salaries and employee benefits. You'll be responsible for applying this knowledge in various localizations and open the door to thousands of new potential customers. You don't need to be a payroll specialist, just smart, curious, structured, and ready to learn fast.

As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with developers to build amazing features used by millions of people. Your role will be to transform ideas into specifications, test the developments, and ensure awesome applications are deployed at speed.
