Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Product Owner to join a dynamic Agile team. You will be responsible for the successful outcome of client projects by shaping the backlog and ensuring clear user stories.

The role requires a Masters Degree or equivalent, at least 2 years as a Product Owner, strong knowledge of Agile, and fluency in English plus French or Dutch. Excellent organizational and communication skills are essential for collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree (or Equivalent in years of experience).
• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Good knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Good organizational and communicational skills.
• Fluent in English, AND French or Dutch.

Responsabilités

• Manage and plan the Sprint in collaboration with the Scrum Master
• Manage and define the Product Backlog and prioritize the different elements and goals
• Make sure that the Product Backlog is visible and comprehensive for everyone
• Coordinate the team and maintain in order the backlog
• Write the user stories
• Optimize the work of the team
• Challenge yourself in contact with technical and business teams
