Asenium Consulting is seeking a Product Owner for a 10-month project in Brussels. The role requires around 5 years of experience, with 50% on-site and 50% remote work, starting as soon as possible.

You will define the product vision, manage the roadmap, capture stakeholder needs, and prioritise the backlog using Agile methods. Native French or Dutch is required to interact with local clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Agile methodologies is required.
• Budget management experience is required.
• Project management experience is required.
• Native proficiency in French or Dutch is required.

Responsabilités

• Define the product vision and roadmap and communicate them to the Development Team.
• Capture stakeholder and customer expectations, preferences, and concerns.
• Clarify business needs and draft key functional specifications using Agile methodology.
• Plan iterations and define priorities to support effective content delivery.
• Define, monitor, and continuously prioritise the Product Backlog.
• Ensure that stakeholders remain aligned on the product to be delivered.
• Establish a priority-management approach and ensure product consistency and quality.
• Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies, including retrospectives, demonstrations, and test labs.
• Make decisions and arbitrate on delivered functionalities.
• Adjust and monitor the Sprint Backlog throughout each Sprint.
• Contribute across disciplines when required to achieve the Sprint goal.
