Nexeo is seeking an experienced Product Owner AI to join one of Belgium's leading international banks. You will shape Yara, the bank’s enterprise AI assistant and agent platform, enabling secure AI capabilities, automating tasks, and boosting productivity.

As Product Owner, define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver measurable business value while upholding Responsible AI principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
• Strong experience managing enterprise-wide products with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic decisions.

Nexeo is currently looking for an experienced Product Owner AI to join one of Belgium's leading international banks.

You’ll play a key role in shaping Yara, the bank’s enterprise AI assistant and agent platform, designed to empower employees with secure AI capabilities, automate tasks, improve collaboration, and drive productivity across the organization.

As the Product Owner, you will define the product vision, prioritize the roadmap, collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, and ensure the platform delivers measurable business value while respecting Responsible AI principles.

As Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

• Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Yara AI platform.
• Translate strategic business objectives into a prioritized Product Backlog.
• Identify opportunities to increase employee productivity through AI-driven capabilities.
• Drive the evolution of AI assistants, contextual AI agents, and enterprise AI use cases.
• Ensure alignment with the bank’s AI strategy, governance, and Responsible AI principles.
• Monitor AI market trends, emerging technologies, and business needs to identify innovation opportunities.

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

• Own and manage the Product Backlog.
• Define epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize initiatives based on business value, user impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure a clear understanding of product requirements.
• Validate sprint deliverables and accept completed functionalities.
• Make product scope and prioritization decisions when trade-offs are required.
• Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and participate in all Agile ceremonies.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with Business, IT, Data & AI, HR, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Transformation teams.
• Align senior stakeholders around the product vision and roadmap.
• Gather and prioritize feedback from business users and AI champions.
• Represent the product in governance committees and strategic AI initiatives.
• Act as the primary decision-maker for product-related topics.
• Drive user adoption and engagement across the organization.
• Define and monitor key product KPIs, including:
• Monthly & Weekly Active Users (MAU / WAU)
• Number of AI interactions
• Productivity improvements
• Business value realization
• Ensure continuous improvement based on user feedback and analytics.

Responsible AI & Governance

• Ensure compliance with Responsible AI principles and internal governance policies.
• Collaborate with Security, Legal, Compliance, and Model Governance teams.
• Promote transparency, explainability, and trustworthy AI adoption.
• Balance innovation with regulatory and operational risk management.

We are looking for a professional with:

• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data & AI, or related fields.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
