Cream Consulting, located in the center of Brussels, is seeking a Product Owner to join an Agile team on client projects. You will manage sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and ensure transparency for all stakeholders, collaborating closely with technical and business teams.

Requirements include a Master's degree or equivalent, at least 2 years as Product Owner, and fluency in English with French or Dutch.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Product Owner.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies; excellent organization and communication.

Responsabilités

• Manage and plan the Sprint with the Scrum Master.
• Define and prioritise the Product Backlog.
• Ensure the Backlog is visible and understood by all.
• Coordinate the team and maintain order in the backlog.
• Write user stories and optimize team performance.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams.

YOUR FUTURE PROJECTS :

As Louis, Product Owner at Cream Consulting, embrace your role and be part of an Agile team from one of our clients. You will be responsible for the successful outcome of the client project by following an Agile methodology. Your tasks will be :

• Manage and plan the Sprint in collaboration with the Scrum Master
• Manage and define the Product Backlog and prioritize the different elements and goals
• Make sure that the Product Backlog is visible and comprehensive for everyone
• Coordinate the team and maintain in order the backlog
• Write the user stories
• Optimize the work of the team
• Challenge yourself in contact with technical and business teams

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• You have a Master's Degree (or Equivalent in years of experience)
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner
• You have a good knowledge of the Agile methodologies
• You have good organizational and communicational skills
• You are fluent in English, AND French or Dutch
