Cream Consulting in the center of Brussels is seeking a Business/Process Analyst to work with business and IT teams on applications. You will translate requirements into detailed specifications and support testing and deployment.

Required: at least 2 years in business or process analysis, ability to meet deadlines, fluent in French and English (Dutch a plus). Knowledge of PM methodologies and BPMN is a plus. CSR commitments and a strong learning environment are offered.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in Business or Process analysis.
• You can meet project deadlines and provide high-quality deliverables.
• You are fluent in French and English, a good knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
• An experience in project management methodologies (Prince 2, PMI, Agile...) and tools (Balsamiq, Clarity, Jira, Azure, Enterprise Architect...) could be a real asset.
• A knowledge of Business Process Modeling (ARIS, Visio, Camounda, UML, ...)

• Communicate with the different stakeholders in order to understand their requirements

• Perform impact analysis of new processes and determine the gaps between as-is and to-be situations
• Design and document the to-be process
• Organize the Test strategy and follow up the testing
• Coordinate and communicate with the different stakeholders
• Change management and deployment
• Adapt yourself to the new environment of our clients

Like Morgane, Business Analyst at Cream, you work close to business & IT teams and work on applications. Your tasks will be :
