Cream Consulting in Brussels is seeking a Process Engineer to map, optimize, and improve business processes within an Agile setting. You will design, document, and implement processes, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to deliver improvements.

The role requires a Master\'s degree, at least 2 years analyzing processes, 1 year BPMN use, and proficiency in English and French or Dutch, with both autonomous and team-oriented work capabilities.

Your tasks will be :

• Design, document, and implement new business processes.
• Analyze, map, and optimize processes
• Manage process changes and support their deployment, including end-user guidance after implementation

• Monitor process performance through KPIs and drive continuous process improvement initiative

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM OUR CONSULTANT ?

• Master's degree in related field or the equivalent in experience.
