UIX Technologies is seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead product vision, define the roadmap, and prioritize features. You will translate business needs into user stories, manage dependencies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

With 10+ years in Product Management, strong leadership, and excellent communication, you will partner with stakeholders across Belgium, and work in English and French.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in defining Product Vision, Roadmap, and Feature Prioritization.
• Expertise in Backlog Management and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into product features.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing product dependencies, risks, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Proven experience in defining Product Vision, Roadmap, and Feature Prioritization.
• Expertise in Backlog Management and writing clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into product features.
• Strong Stakeholder Management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in managing product dependencies, risks, and Agile delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Exposure to Product Development Architecture and system design.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Aha!, Azure DevOps, or similar.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is preferred.
• SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager certification is an added advantage.
