Qualifications

• At least 6 years of Product Owner experience.
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree.
• Strong knowledge of professional banking clients or related lines.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams and application development.
• Proven change management and complex stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, prioritization, negotiation and communication skills.
• Professional proficiency in Dutch and French, with sound English proficiency.
