Asenium Consulting in Brussels seeks a Product Owner / Product Manager with roughly 6 years of experience to lead a 16‑month AI project. Shape the roadmap and maximize value, adoption, and performance of a secure AI assistant and agent platform. Hybrid work is 50% on-site, 50% remote, start ASAP.

You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and stakeholders to define vision, backlog, and success metrics while ensuring Responsible AI and data protection compliance in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering products with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Generative AI and Large Language Models.
• Experience with prompt engineering and conversational design.
• Familiar with AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and observability.
• Experience in strategic product management and senior stakeholder management.
• Experience with budgets, business cases, adoption programs, and value tracking.
• Experience working in regulated environments.
• English proficiency required.

Responsabilités

• Define and prioritize the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and scope.
• Validate sprint deliverables and ensure product quality.

We are looking for an Product Owner / Product Manager (6 years of experience) to work on a 16-month AI project in Brussels. You will shape the product roadmap and maximize the value, adoption, and performance of a secure AI assistant and agent platform. The role is hybrid, with 50% on-site work and 50% homeworking. The start date is as soon as possible.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Develop AI capabilities, use cases, contextual agents, and agent ecosystems.
