Job summary

Responsibilities

• Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends, market study and consumers’ research.
• Push new product development according to approved product roadmap.
• Set product pricing following corporate guidelines and negotiating with HQs.
• Achieve market share growth target via product-mix and channel expansion.
• Be in charge of product lifecycle management.
• Prepare marketing story for new product launch.
• Work with local sales and communication team.
• Analyse consumer insights and conduct industry trends and market intelligence.
• Monitor competitors’ products and the market scenario.
• Cooperate with HQs to realize business growth target in the country local market.

Main responsibilities

The candidate, reporting to the Head of Product Management, will be the reference point in Italy for the HA category, and will be part of a very internationally diverse, dynamic and fast-growing team.

Mainresponsabilities:

• Define 3-year product roadmap based on trends, market study and consumers’ research
• Push new product development according to approved product roadmap
• Set product pricing, following the corporate guide-lines and negotiating with HQs
• Achieve market share growth target via product-mix and channel expansion

Candidate profile

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in Consumer Electronics/ White Goods; the knowledge of Refrigeration category will be strongly appreciated
• Dynamic, proactive spirit, willingness to get started in an international fast-moving environment
• Strong interpersonal, leadership and team-player skills
• Decision‑making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environments
• Really fluent in English and Italian.
