AppTweak is seeking a Product Manager to own a product area end-to-end and drive its growth. You will be fully accountable for outcomes, from identifying problems to shipping revenue-generating solutions. You’ll align with Engineering, Design, and Product Marketing to ensure what you build matters and converts.

You’ll report to the VP of Product in a hybrid Brussels setting (min. 3 days at the office). You’ll shape the product direction by focusing on activation, engagement, and monetisation

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a Product Manager role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Sciences, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience owning growth or monetisation outcomes: activation, conversion, or revenue.
• Comfortable with PLG and Enterprise motions.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in product process.
• Strong analytical instinct to derive insights from product data.
• Clear communicator with engineers and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Own a product area end-to-end from discovery to launch.
• Map AI opportunities in Mobile Marketing and translate into product direction.
• Talk to customers regularly and translate feedback into product bets.
• Define success metrics upfront and evaluate shipped results.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to ship quickly.
• Use AI tools to prototype and validate ideas before specs.
• Own activation, engagement, and monetisation paths for the product area.
• Partner with Product Marketing to design and execute go-to-market.
