Immoweb is seeking a Director of Product to lead the product organisation across the marketplace, from seekers to real estate professionals. You will translate strategy into execution, building a high-performing team of Product Managers and Designers that deliver customer and business outcomes.

You will work closely with CPTO and collaborate with Engineering, Data, Strategy, Finance and Commercial teams to accelerate delivery, improve quality and align priorities.

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing product managers.

• Experience managing portfolios across multiple domains balancing strategy and execution.
• Deep understanding of modern product management, discovery and outcome-based roadmapping.
• Experience improving product organisations through better operating models and processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, OKRs and modern product development.
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions with sound judgment in ambiguity.

Your Mission

At Immoweb, Product is at the heart of how we help people find, buy, rent and sell homes. As Director of Product, you'll lead the product organisation responsible for the entire marketplace, from seekers and homeowners to real estate professionals, marketplace foundations and platform capabilities. Together, your teams own product management across every domain of the business. Working closely with the CPTO, you'll translate the Product & Technology strategy into execution by building a high-performing product organisation that delivers exceptional customer and business outcomes. You'll lead a team of 8 to 10 Product Managers and Product Designers, creating an environment where ambitious people do their best work. Your role isn't to make every product decision yourself - it's to build the leaders, operating rhythm and execution discipline that enable great decisions to happen every day. You'll partner closely with Engineering, Data & BI, Strategy & Growth, Finance and Commercial leaders to align priorities, accelerate delivery and continuously improve how Product operates. You'll report to the CPTO and be part of the Product & Technology Leadership Team.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and Product Designers, raising the bar through hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Translate the Product & Technology strategy into clear priorities, roadmaps and measurable outcomes for your teams.
• Establish a high-performance operating rhythm through effective planning, product discovery, execution and continuous learning.
• Raise the quality of product management by strengthening product thinking, customer discovery, prioritisation and decision-making across the organisation.
• Partner with Engineering leadership to improve delivery velocity, quality and predictability while balancing short- and long-term investments.
• Embed AI-first ways of working across your teams, helping Product Managers and Designers use AI to improve discovery, decision-making, product quality and delivery speed.
• Create clarity in ambiguity, align stakeholders and keep teams focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
• Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience leading, coaching and developing product managers, with experience leading product design considered an advantage.
• A track record of building high-performing teams through exceptional hiring, coaching and talent development.
• Strong product judgment, combining customer obsession with pragmatic commercial thinking.
• Experience leading complex product portfolios across multiple domains while balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
• Deep understanding of modern product management, product discovery, experimentation and outcome-based roadmapping.
• Experience improving product organisations through better operating models, planning processes and execution discipline.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, Scrum, OKRs and modern product development practices.
• Comfortable using data to guide decisions while applying sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Able to partner effectively with engineering leaders and navigate technical trade-offs.
• Passionate about AI and already applying AI to improve product management and team effectiveness.
